Our Pedagogy

Vidya Niket is amongst the very few schools in India which strictly and honestly follow the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) Methodology as prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), New Delhi.

The school admits a limited number of students in each class enabling the teacher to give personalized attention to every student. The interactive teaching in the school has not vitiated a high degree of discipline amongst the students. In other words, conformity is coupled with creativity. Regular meetings of parents and teachers are organized to discuss various issues such as academic and co-curricular performance of the students, cleanliness, their conduct at the school, etc. Ways and means for progressive improvement of the system are worked out and actively pursued. Formal and informal workshops are organized for the training of teachers with an objective of updating their knowledge of the subjects, broadening their vision and improving their expertise in an interactive teaching methodology.
